HapTastic Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Objective
We are delighted to unveil the HapTastic Rewards program, a unique initiative conceived by Hapvider. This program aims to elevate your Google business profile by encouraging your employees to collect authentic, unbiased reviews from your customers. Each month, the employee who garners the most reviews wins a reward.
Your Participation
Participation in the HapTastic Rewards program is entirely optional. Should you decide to participate, we will introduce the program to your team and oversee its execution for the first month. To affirm your participation, please fill out the supplied sign-up form and accept the program terms.
Our Agreement
To maintain the integrity of our program, we've established the following rules, each followed by a practical example:
- Legitimate Reviews: We only count genuine reviews from customers who have experienced your services. Any fraudulent activity, such as soliciting a review from a non-customer, can result in immediate disqualification.
- Employee Identification: To fairly track the reviews, each review should mention the name of the employee who provided the service. For instance, a customer could write, "Jane from customer support provided excellent service."
- Minimum Reviews: To qualify for the program, each employee needs to gather at least 5 reviews over the course of the one-month program period. So, if Sam from marketing secures only 4 reviews, he wouldn't qualify for the reward that month.
- No Purchasing Reviews: We strictly prohibit offering incentives or buying reviews. For example, employees cannot offer discounts, gifts, or other perks to customers in return for reviews.
- Customer Comfort: Employees should ask for reviews respectfully, without exerting pressure on customers. For example, instead of saying, "You have to leave us a review", it's more appropriate to say, "If you could spare a moment to review your experience with us, we'd greatly appreciate it."
- Review Quality: Both quantity and quality of reviews matter. If an employee manages to garner multiple reviews, but they are largely negative or low-rated due to customer discomfort, this could lead to disqualification.
- Transparency: Employees should clearly communicate their participation in this review gathering initiative. It's unacceptable to mislead customers by suggesting the reviews are for another purpose.
- Privacy Respect: Respecting customers' privacy is paramount. For instance, employees should not request access to a customer's personal information, like email addresses, to send a review link without explicit permission from the customer.
QR Code Usage
For ease of gathering reviews, we recommend using a QR code system. If you have an existing QR code, we can certainly use that; alternatively, Hapvider can assist in generating a QR code for this purpose. However, please note that we are not responsible for maintaining the activation of the QR code after the conclusion of the program. Hapvider also assumes no responsibility for any reviews collected after the completion of the program through the QR code.
Reward System
Here's how the rewards work:
- The employee who secures the most authentic, positive reviews each month receives a $50 gift card.
- In case of a tie, the employee with the highest average review rating is chosen.
- The winner must provide their first name, last name, and email address, and specify their preferred gift card.
